Ústí Region Convention Bureau (ÚRCB) – We are a regional office for congress and incentive tourism in the Ústí nad Labem region. Our main activity and mission is comprehensive consulting services in the field of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions), as well as promotion of all suitable entities and activities.
Main task
Propagation and support of subjects providing services in congress, corporate and incentive tourism in the whole Ústí region.
Profesional partner among service providers, conference organizers (PCO) and companies for local management (DMC).
Our services
We willingly, independently and free of charge offer these services:
- Information and consultancy when choosing suitable congress, social and meeting places in Ústecký region for Your event
- For the purpose of processing of detailed offers we negotiate with all suitable candidates. We help with a preliminary reservation of suitable spaces.
- Information and consultancy when choosing accommodation according to Your wishes and requirements
- We provide recommendation of suitable buildings, verification of availability of vacancies and we help with subsequent reservation.
- Information and consultancy when choosing an agency organising an event
- We help organisers to find contacts of providers of individual services. We assist to acquire complex offers of service providers.
- Information and planning of supporting and incentive programmes
- We offer consultancy when suggesting a programme and itinerary set-up of a supporting or experience event, recommendation of a suitable agency.
- Tours of premises and cognitive trips
- On the basis of organiser’s requirements we may help to arrange a trip for the purpose of getting to know a destination and providers of individual services.
- Providing promotional and advertising materials
- We provide organisers of events with a catalogue of suitable conference and incentive regional possibilities in printed and electronic form. We also ensure additional materials (maps, handbills) of the region and individual destinations.
- Consultancy in making a presentation
- We’ll help You with making a presentation of destination offer in powerpoint
Blanket co-operation
Activities ÚRCB are carried out in co-operation with the agency Czech Tourism and its project Czech Convention Bureau. Every region is represented by one company which has proved that is qualified for it and at the same time it has got approval from the authorized region. Names of these agencies are related to the place impact and are in English version (Prague Convention Bureau, Carlsbad Convention Bureau, North Bohemia Bureau, East Moravia Convention Bureau and other regions).
The name Ústí Region Convention Bureau was even mentioned in region maps that were distributed by CzechTourism.
